Major changes in our structure now mean that mortgage advisers are supported by a personal assistant and administrator in the office to ensure that we maintain our high standard of personal service and that mortgage advisers have more time to spend with clients.  This changes has meant the recruitment of additional staff and expansion of our office facilities at our current location

Additional staff recruited include Jordan Grey, Richard Coakes and Fatima Khan who are mortgage and protection advisers, Emma Hall as Business Manager responsible for developing relationships with estate agents, house builders and local companies and Rebecca Ford, Mared Jones as Junior PA’s and Tilly Javes, Kara Lowther who have joined as apprentice administrators.  We continue to look for new administrators and mortgage advisers so if you know anyone who could be interested, then please get in touch.  We’re happy to pay a finder’s fee for every successful introduction*

We were very proud to receive an award of ‘Small Employer of the Year’ from West Berkshire Training Consortium for our involvement in recruitment and development of Apprentices.
